THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT , WILL IT COME BACK IN STOCK ?
A. The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may therefore be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future
However, there are cases where we may have an Out of Stock item available for pre-order.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS AVALIABLE FOR PRE-ORDER.
At times, we re-produce popular styles and have the option of advance booking / pre-order available.
Items available for pre-order, allow you to book your item in advance and ensure that you get one of our select products.
Please check the lead-time for pre-order items as they usually ship within two weeks from your booking date.
Please note your card will be charged at the time of booking.
HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ORDER.A. You can pay for your order by simply ordering the product Cash on Delivery and paying once you receive it.You can also pay securely using your credit card, Net banking or UPI through our payment portal.
ARE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ?
A. As part of our ongoing promotions – We currently offer free shipping across India.
HOW IS MY PRODUCT SHIPPED ?
A. All our products are shipped via our courier partner – Blue Dart. In case you require assistance or updates on your order once it has shipped – you can fill in the track my order box on our website and we will update you with the exact location of your package.
WHAT ABOUT DUTIES AND TAXES ?
A- Due to our world wide shipping it is not possible for us to calculate local duties and taxes for your order.
Our products ship DDU (delivery duty unpaid) There may be some instances where your local customs may ask for duty to be paid – this will be collected directly from you by the shipping agent.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT ONE ?
